About DJ Dior

Dior was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio into a big family with a musical background. he has been the life of the party and a ball of positive energy his entire life. Aiming to put a smile on the faces of everyone around him, Dior’s interest in DJing started as a child when he saw the 1992 movie juice however his craft was put on hold for his love of basketball. This ultimately brought him to DC where he attended the George Washington University.

In college, Dior was a socialite and developed many great relationships with people in dc nightlife. He then started working at McFadden’s DC, becoming the face of the bar as their in-house DJ/MC/party liaison. Through 8 years of entertaining party goers, he learned how to read the crowd and adjust the music and atmosphere as needed to ensure that people would come back for more. As a result, he was honored to be featured on the front page of the GW hatchet. The piece described him as having “an electric personality” and that “it changes the entire mood of the party when Dior is here.”

Over the years, Dior has taken the time to hone his technical DJ skills and take his craft to the next level. Dior takes pride in selling the experience and believes that he can relate to any crowd whether young or old. He loves interacting with people and using his energy to provide a great time, every time. His primary goal is to make sure that everyone leaves the party with a wonderful memory of an amazing experience.
