An initial retainer is due upon contract signing, and the remaining balance is due two weeks before the event. The retainer is nonrefundable because it secures your date and prevents double bookings.
If you cancel after paying the retainer, the retainer remains nonrefundable. Any additional payments may be refundable depending on how close the cancellation is to the event date.

Yes. The retainer transfers to your new date if your selected DJ is available. If not, we will assign another qualified DJ from our roster.
